California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) Notice

This California Consumer Privacy Act Notice (“Notice”) supplements the information in our Privacy Policy and applies solely to California residents (“consumers”) as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA). Terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in the CCPA/CPRA.
1) Notice at Collection
We collect, use, and retain the following categories of personal information for the business and commercial purposes described below. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (SPI), and we do not use or disclose SPI for purposes that require a “Right to Limit” under the CPRA.

- Authorized Agent: an authorized agent may submit a request with proof of permission and sufficient information for verification.
Verification: we may ask you to verify control of the email address used on our Site or provide additional information to confirm your identity. Household requests may require additional verification.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)

3) Disclosures, “Sale,” and “Sharing”
In the preceding 12 months, we disclosed personal information to service providers for the business purposes described above (e.g., hosting, security, analytics, ad delivery). We also “shared” certain online identifiers and Internet activity with advertising and analytics partners which may be deemed “sale” or “sharing” under California law.
